Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT:  SETS Revealed, LLC provides personal design concepts unique and personal to you.  We do not produce “standard” events; therefore, our fees are based on your budget – which is determined by your design selections.  You tell us your budget, your ideas and your dreams; and we create a design concept that is within your budget.  If contracted date is changed, SETS Revealed, LLC reserves the right to accept of decline the revised date.

RETAINER:  We require a nonrefundable retainer fee/deposit to secure the date of your event and begin the design process. This retainer includes the initial design consultation meeting.  The retainer fee is nonrefundable, no exceptions. Changes can be made after initial design consultation but are limited to one free re-design.  Full sample designs mock-ups are $50.00 per sample.   We make every effort to make your designs according to the agreed sketch design; however, in some cases, adjustments are required.  If so, we will contact you prior to making the change(s). When mock-ups are requested, a maximum of 2 redesigns are allowed. After which, this contract is void – with no refunds. 

FEES: A deposit of one-half of the agreed proposal budget amount is due 120 days prior to the event date. The total balance is due 21 days prior to the event.   This ensures your order of specific items can be secured. Any design changes made within 21 days of the event are subject to a $500.00 change fee plus any additional cost incurred by changes. Any items the client deletes within 90 days of event will be allowed; however, the cost will remain the same. SETS Revealed, LLC will do everything possible to prevent substitutions.  SETS Revealed will begin design concepts 90 days prior to the event. Designs will be based on budget and inspirational concepts identified by client.  Substitutions may be made when suppliers are out of stock, discontinued, or are not of a quality suitable for an event.  The client will be notified of any issues which may require substitution.  If desired, the client may terminate the contract within 3 days of notification of substitutions. Note: In the event of a substitution, the overall integrity of design and color will be maintained.

PAYMENTS: Client payments are due as noted in the budget quote.  Non-refundable retainer is due at booking.  Client may make payments at anytime in any amount leading up to due dates.  However, 50% must be paid 120 prior to the event and total balance must be paid 21 days prior to the event date. Any items added or changes made after this date will be billed and due upon receipt. Payments may be made via checks, cash, Cash App, or electronic invoice. All equipment used for events belong to SETS Revealed, LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

CANCELLATIONS: This is a custom order and the undersigned agrees that if 50% of the proposed budget is not made 120 days prior to the event, and/or final payment is not made 21 days prior to the event date, this contract may be cancelled by SETS Revealed, LLC and all payments are forfeited.  Contract cancellation by the client must be made in writing.  Contracts cancelled more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the monies paid, less the non-refundable retainer.  Events cancelled within 90 days are non-refundable and all payments made are forfeited.  SETS Revealed, LLC reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations contained herein cannot be met.  If SETS Revealed, LLC cancels this contract, liability is limited to a refund deemed appropriate by SETS Revealed, LLC.  

SET-UP: When included in contract, SETS Revealed, LLC staff will bring all items to event and set up items.  We will return at the end of your event (or the day after event) to pick up items.  An event ending time must be specified on contract.  Please understand SETS Revealed, LLC will only pick-up items which belong to us – we will not break down event area unless included in contract. Breakdown staffing is included in this custom quote.  

AGREEMENT: This is a custom service agreement contract and becomes active upon signature or payment of deposit.  The final price is subject to change, depending upon the décor design selected.  Quotes expire one specified dates.  Design concepts are the intellectual property of SETS Revealed, LLC.  Usage of design concepts are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing. SETS Revealed, LLC may assess design fees when contracts are not confirmed.  SETS Revealed, LLC may use photographs for future advertising. Request not to have photos of the event used in SETS Revealed, LLC advertising must be made in writing along with this contract.
